Ingredients

  • 5 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1 can (14-ounce) sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup key lime juice
  • 1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven – Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix Filling – In a large bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, and key lime juice until smooth.
  • Fill the Crust – Pour the mixture into the unbaked graham cracker crust, spreading evenly.
