This smooth, herb-packed dressing comes together in minutes and works beautifully as a salad topper, dip, or spread. Keep a batch on hand to instantly boost the flavor of everyday meals.
Add the yogurt, olive oil, avocado, lime juice, spinach, chives, parsley, green onions, garlic, basil, and salt to a blender or food processor.
Secure the lid and pulse 3–4 times, or until everything is finely chopped and blended together. If needed, add water gradually, one teaspoon at a time, to reach your desired consistency.
Transfer the dressing out of the blender and stir in black pepper to taste. Store in an airtight container.
Notes
You can substitute plain Greek yogurt for regular yogurt. This will create a thicker dressing, so you may want to add a little water to loosen it.
