Ingredients:

  • 1 (14-ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts in water, drained
  • 2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Pat the drained artichoke hearts dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drizzle with olive oil and toss until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the artichoke hearts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 4 minutes, then shake the basket to ensure even crisping. Continue cooking for another 3 to 4 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
