  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk (such as Eagle Brand)
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (9 oz) graham cracker crust
  • 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
 

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until light and fluffy.
    • Tip: Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps!
  2. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, beating until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice and vanilla extract, mixing well to ensure everything is fully combined.
    • This helps the filling set properly.
  4. Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth out the top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
  6. Once set, spoon the cherry pie filling over the top.
    • You may not need the entire can — just add enough to generously cover.
